Why GlucoFusion
Pump and sensor apps show what was recorded. But glucose responds to far more: meals, exercise, sleep, heart rate, and how your body is responding that day.
GlucoFusion brings it all together and learns from your own history, because everyone responds differently. Its on-device AI explains what’s happening under the hood, shows what a workout will likely do before you start, and turns your data into clear, personal summaries.

Personalized two-hour forecasts account for insulin, meals and exercise, and show how a planned run would change your glucose.
Forecasts are computed on your iPhone, and Apple’s on-device model writes the answers and daily summaries. Your glucose, insulin and therapy data stay on your iPhone and Apple Watch, unless you choose GlucoFusion+, which sends the history you agree to share to GlucoFusion’s servers to train your model.
